Enginuity in Innovations
R&D facility will be home to the ‘T&I’ (technology and innovation) team, which will be divided into two subgroups: the metallurgical laboratory and product engineering. The team is currently composed of 24 associated researchers. This group, however, is set to be expanded. New recruits will be given the opportunity to work in a highly advanced mechanical engineering environment both in mineral resources application and rubber technology solutions.
Mistik Minerals pays close attention to the criteria that each solution must meet: Namely, it must be a solution which accelerates time-to-revenue, reduces capital and operating costs, and improves investment return, decreases environmental liabilities, and further increases the net present value of mining operations.
Environment Responsible
New business models in mining and metals will be key in meeting ambitious targets for local sourcing of battery minerals and their recycling. Our R&D center which we hope to build with our JV partner in resources exploitation is focused on process integrated approach for battery and our materials application in various industries like pharmaceutical, chemical, food and many others.
